Father Christmas

Merry Christmas from UniBox!

All of us at UniBox wish you a peaceful and happy Christmas, and a successful and rewarding 2015.
For a festive chuckle, take a look at the University of East Anglia’s Christmas lectures for children, available on YouTube;

There are some creative ideas in there for engaging pupils in learning science! If you would like to be added to the mailing list to be the first to hear about next year’s Christmas lectures, email events@uea.ac.uk.

You might also want to amuse yourself with the Guardian’s quiz of the best education quotes of 2014.

And do make time for the Royal Institution’s Christmas Lectures on BBC Four at 8pm on 29, 30 and 31 December. Prof Danielle George explores how the spark of your imagination and some twenty first century tinkering can change the world in the lectures entitled: “Sparks will fly: How to hack your home”.

Merry Christmas!
